Observe that we now keep track of streaks in this category.  They will be used to indicate to our readers how long Ankhets have held their positions.  Bold still signifies a change in power.  With this in mind we look at the results for this our third issue.  For the second week in a row Recklosh (Hatred) is the Ankhet carrying the most favour.  Meanwhile, Major Tom (Monolith), who was absent from the list last week, positions himself comfortably in the second spot.  The third highest rank for Ankhets goes to Djeret Netjer, who has made the list on every issue so far.  FranChom takes over the Ankhet of Hathor position, putting himself firmly in fourth place.  And neminem pushes his streak as Ankhet of Anubis to an Archive record of 4.

Lag issues were less frequent this week as Ankhet reverted back to its former server.  As such, climbing was for the most part back to normal.  Monolith continues to build a good lead on competing dominions, being the first to cross the 730 mark. While second place Lunchlandia is slow to make any discernable progress.  Pennant shows life with a sudden growth spurt of 13 levels from the annexation of Wikala.  Shadows, the oldest surviving dominion, stirs itself into action, generating 5 levels.  And finally, Hatred after a lackluster performance last week responds with a gain of 28 levels.

The record for fastest camel racer of all ages is broken once more!  Most recently the feat was achieved almost unexpectedly by the new racing king, Baltar (N: Shadows).  The record, however, was also broken the race prior in similar surprising fashion by Khedi of Hem-Netjer.  Given that all current records were set within the last 10 days, it is safe to assume that the new content may be the cause for the apparent jolt in camel speeds.
